I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years’ experience working in community, private and public mental health services in Australia, and the UK. I am a registered Clinical Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia and AHPRA, and a member of the Australian Psychological Society. I have a particular interest working with youth/adolescents however have also worked widely with adults in both public mental health services and private practice.

I have experience working with a variety of presenting concerns. This includes anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, relationship problems, Bipolar disorder and psychosis, personality disorders, deliberate self harm, suicidal thoughts and substance abuse. I have a background working with people who have experienced trauma, struggling with adjusting to difficult life circumstances, and I enjoy working with culturally, and gender/sexually diverse people. I also have found myself working a lot with artists/musicians and athletes.

I believe we can all benefit from space to curiously explore the various factors which make us who we are and have come to impact on us now. Through therapy we gain a clearer sense of how we view ourselves and others, and how we operate. This allows for making alterations and changes where necessary or gives us some renewed direction. I love the privilege of assisting to facilitate this journey with others, via a relational lens and through various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, mindfulness and meditation and Cognitive Analytic Therapy. I am a member of AACBT and ANZACAT.
