Accepting clients

Accessing a safe space that provides professional support to address challenges and build a way forward is of great comfort in times of change and distress. My approach focuses on collaboration to enhance resilience, insight, and emotional regulation within an evidence-based framework. Each session is tailored to the individual using therapies inclusive of cognitive, behavioural, acceptance and interpersonal approaches. People who see me are supported to safely explore their difficulties and develop practical strategies to meet their individual needs.

I am a Clinical Psychologist and work with adolescents and adults (including those with neurodevelopmental differences). I have an interest in supporting clients who experience confusing or uncomfortable states of mind, and those who wish to further understand themselves and their important relationships. I also conduct diagnostic assessment and report writing for Autism Spectrum Disorder and Attention-deficit Hyperactivity Disorder for clients over 16 years.
