Rachel Kleinman

Psychotherapist/ Counsellor

Accepting clients

I believe that a safe, supportive space for therapy allows room for exploration of life struggles, painful experiences (including bereavement) and relationship issues. This can create the powerful potential for healing and change in people’s lives.

I work with individuals and couples, utilising warmth, curiosity and compassion to understand their relationships with themselves, other people and the world around them. I am experienced in providing support during life stages, transitions and adjustments that sometimes trigger anxiety, grief or low mood. These include the death or illness of a loved one, relationship changes and breakdown, family estrangement, retirement or migration, among others.

I have the following accreditations:

– Clinical psychotherapist (Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia)

– Specialist Couples Therapist (Relationships Australia)

– Certified Bereavement Practitioner (Grief Australia)

– Working with complicated grief (Griefline Australia)

– Perinatal bereavement counselling (Perinatal Loss Centre)

I am also registered with WorkCover in Victoria and the NDIS. Private health rebates are approved for BUPA, Medibank, ahm, HCF, Teachers Health and ARHG (Police Health, St Luke’s Health, CUA Health, Phoenix Health Fund, Emergency Services Health).

I currently have capacity to accept new clients, please phone In Dialogue Practice directly for further details.
