More about me: I utilise warmth, curiosity and compassion to help people understand their relationships with themselves, other people and the world around them. I specialise in counselling people through the death or illness of a loved one, relationship changes, complex trauma, family estrangement and any loss or transition that may trigger anxiety, grief or low mood. My priority is creating a safe, supportive therapy space to allow healthy exploration of struggles and painful challenges, which can create potential for powerful healing and change.
I am registered with Victorian WorkCover and with the NDIS for self and plan managed participants.
